“Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words, they become actions; watch your actions, they become habits; watch your habits, they become character; watch your character, for it becomes your destiny”

I believe that everyone is a champion if the coach is good enough. We all have greatness within us, untapped potential waiting patiently. There are no limits to how great you can be, but I know that treating you like the champion you can become is the only way to achieve that greatness.
First you must act and think like a champion, then you become one. Just like there is no greatness without adversity, (Winston Churchill said "Those destined for greatness must first walk alone in the desert."), there is no champion without first creating the image in your mind.
Once the image is created and goals set then the plan is implemented, starting with visualization, daily affirmations, and learning from those who have already achieved your goal.
There are certain thought patterns and actions that the most successful people use. For athletes, I've identified those thought patterns and actions.
Nobody achieves anything momentous on their own. The great accomplishments in history have been done by those who have had great people and great mentors supporting them. The greatest athletes have had great coaches along the way who've helped them get where they are. By linking with MAP, your putting yourself in position to be the very best you can be.

"The one thing the illness has convinced me beyond all doubt--more than any experience I've had as an athlete--is that we are much better than we know. We have unrealized capacities." Lance Armstrong, stage three cancer survivor and 6-time winner of the Tour de France (from the book: It's Not About the Bike)
