"To laugh often and love much; to win the resepect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to give of one's self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived--this is to have succeeded." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Keys to Abundance
1. Covenant.
Examine your life. Know your values, your strengths, your passions. Make a commitment. With God. With yourself.
2. Meditate
Focus on the big potatoes. Clear your mind. See the end result. Visualize abundance. See it with clarity. Pray. Affirm. Act as if you are already that person you want to be. Expect abundance.
3. Selfless service.
Take on a cause greater than yourself. Serve others.
4. Give excessively.
Give away what you want. Know that what you give out comes back to you.
5. Have an abundant mindset.
Know that the universe is abundant. Do not cling to things. Let go of everything. Never speak in terms of what you don't have or can't have or do. Expect abundance.
6. Have a purpose beyond yourself.
Unless you live for others, your life will lack meaning, and depth. To be truly happy, at peace, and fulfilled, you must enlarge your circle.
7. Embrace adversity.
There is no greatness without adversity. No joy without sorrow. No life without death. Use adversity to launch you toward your dreams like the greatest have done. Nelson Mandela. Ghandi. Apostle Paul. Mother Theresa. MLK Jr. Jesus Christ.
8. Sanctify: mind body spirit
Extreme self care: Fuel up with nutritious food. Exercise. Get plenty of fresh air and water. Journal. Give thanks. Pray. Separate yourself from the common man: boldy seek out your values, your commitment, your spirituality. Be authentic, in a world trying to make you like everyone else.
